In an effort to reduce the stash talked about in yesterday’s post I’m working on producing a few wee projects to use up some of the smaller amounts of those old yarns I’d forgotten all about.
Today it’s been all about coat-hangers.
I’ve wanted to work on some of these for a while. I bought a packet of padded coat-hangers (60p per hanger from TK Maxx), ripped the green satin off them, and recovered them with knitted creations, made with some old supplies of Rowan cotton.
Quick. Pretty. Cheap. Useful. And reducing.
In summary: slow progress
