surrounded by clouds

On Friday

No ‘Feminine Friday’ today I’m afraid, as I’m a little preoccupied with the continuing Hull mission (not to mention blogging via my phone, which makes things a wee bit less elaborate).

The very good news is that the weather has taken a turn for the best and so it’s looking less likely that we’ll be snowed into Hull on Sunday morning.

Today I’ve been thinking back to Golden Wednesday and wishing for a Golden Friday instead, since I’m pretty tired and yet we’ve still got a way to go.

It has been a great time in Hull, with a growth everyday in the number of guests and in excitement from the CU.
Tonight is the final film evening – watching Inception – and then tomorrow is an acoustic night, with a talk on ‘Freedom from Guilt’, looking at Jesus and the Samaritan Woman at the well (John 4).
Hoping that those who are coming will seriously consider turning to Christ.

In summary: getting closer to the end.
