surrounded by clouds

On nearly forgetting.

This post nearly didn’t happen. For the first time in 2012 there was almost not a post because I almost forgot.

I’m blogging from my phone, lying in bed, in a caravan, on the last night at New Word Alive. It’s cold in my room – so much so that my breath is steaming up the screen on my phone as I type – but I have two duvets to keep me warm.

We’ve had a wonderful week, full of reminders of rescue and redemption and restoration. I’d love to tell you more, and I probably will, but right now sleep beckons me.

Good night.

In summary: cutting it close.
