A most unprecedented incident has taken place.
I am at Forum, and I am sunburnt.
We’re used to rain and mud and wind and bleakness, but today we have been blessed with abundant, glorious sunshine and I was so surprised that I forgot to wear suntan lotion.
Life in the north east campsite continues to be joyful and high-class (prosciutto and scrambled egg on bagels for breakfast, chicken fajitas for tea/dinner/supper), and tomorrow will bring more exciting culinary delights, no doubt.
Also, this evening the Uncover Gospel Project was launched (more on that at a later date), reminding us of the many things, even more wonderful than sunshine and food, in which we can rejoice.
Jesus, most especially.
In summary: unexpected (and expected but equally welcome) Forum blessings.
