During the first week of September I will be camping in a Shropshire field with several hundred students, some brand new Relay workers, and a number of lovely colleagues.
One of the jobs to do to prepare for that week is to plan a menu, and order the shopping to feed myself and the rest of the North East staff, and I was hoping for a bit of help from you all.
Cooking in this particular field for the last couple of years has seen a repeat of a tried and tested menu – but I’m wondering about making a few adjustments. I’m looking for suggestions of recipes suitable for making on a campsite, bearing in mind that I need to feed 11 people, and we’re cooking on one ring of a camping stove.
Breakfast recipes would be particularly appreciated…
